How to get to the LSU Hurricane Center
Houston - Lake Charles - Lafayette
The LSU Hurricane Center is located in the
Center for Engineering and Business
Administration (CEBA) Building
on the Baton Rouge campus.

Coming from Baton Rouge Ryan Airport (approximately 12 miles)
1. Turn Left out of the airport access
road onto Veterans Memorial Blvd..
2. Proceed until first stop light, and turn right following the sign for I-110
South.
3. Stay right and get on I-110 South ramp.
4. Proceed on I-110 South until you reach the junction
with I-10.
5. Take I-10 East towards New Orleans.
6. Proceed on I-10 East until you reach the ACADIAN
Exit (Exit 157-B)
7. Stay right and take the ACADIAN Exit ramp.
8. At the end of the ramp turn right on Acadian.
9. Proceed on Acadian, going across the Perkins
Rd. stop light.
10. Acadian becomes Stanford.
11. Proceed on Stanford, soon you will see one
of the LSU lakes on your right.
12. Stay on the left and when you reach a split on the road continue going straight.
13. The road meanders a little, keep going until you reach the stop light at
the intersection with Highland Rd.
14. Turn right onto Highland Rd. and keep going
straight until you reach a fork in the road (roughly 1/2-1 mile).
15. At the fork in the road bear left onto Nicholson Extension.
16. Turn into one of the parking lots in front of the Center
for Engineering and Business Administration (CEBA) Building.
17. Park your car in one of two small Visitor's parking lots in front of CEBA.
18. Turn towards the CEBA building and enter the
left (southwest) staircase, next to the FedEx drop box.
19. Go up two flight of stairs. Proceed straight out of the stairwell, past
the display cases in the hallway, then turn left..
20. Enter the glass doors to Suite 3221.
Coming from Houston - Lake Charles - Lafayette
1. Proceed on I-10 Eastbound until you reach the
ACADIAN Exit (Exit 157-B)
2. Stay right and take the ACADIAN Exit ramp.
3. At the end of the ramp turn right on Acadian.
4. Proceed on Acadian, going across the Perkins
Rd. stop light.
5. Acadian becomes Stanford.
6. Proceed on Stanford, soon you will see one of

I-10. Continue on I-10 Westbound
until you reach the ACADIAN Exit
